Despite the old interiors, it remains a fair hotel to stay at

Excellent location, quiet, nice landscaping. Amazing friendly and helpful team

The interior is quite old and needs improvements: Air condition units are noisy, broken grills, many light bulbs to be replaced, shower....etc WIFI coverage is poor.

Location (close to McDonalds and other eateries). Staff more than helpful.

Next to a busy traffic junction. Gets noisy for fussy sleepers. Decor and furniture is dates. Definitely due a renovation. Noise insulation needs to be massively improved.

Good place I hope my comments will be taken into account.

The facility in general is good but there are some things that need maintenance, for example the water flash in one of the toilets needs repair as the water flow to it is slow and takes a long time to fill up. The sink in the kitchen smells bad and needs cleaning maintenance. There are some broken tiles need to be replaced, and the internet is very slow.

A great stay in Riyadh with limitations

I am fond of the location of the property and hence, like the close proximity of all sorts of hospitality outlets and service providers. In the area behind the hotel you can have a peaceful walk. The place is not too huge and usually quiet. The layout is favourable and the rooms have a decent size either you stay short or long-term. The suites are all equipped with a kitchen and a seperate toilet. Room service and a passable menu is available.

The WIFI is terrible at times with complete blackouts, sorry not business friendly. The fencing around the pool is closed (locked) and will open only at 10 AM once I am at work. So no early morning swim in the pool which is a pity to say the least. Once am home around 5-6 PM the pool is not usable as kids are playing until after midnight. If you want to have your room cleaned you must ask for it despite the fact I have placed the tag (make up my room) on the outside handle of my door. The AC in the living room was leaking loads of water. They may need some servicing and check-up.

Pleasant stay but apartment items are old.

Staff are great. The landscape is great. Location is good. Service is good.

The only negative point is the apartments are old (Furniture, Doors, etc..).

the AC in our room needs maintenance..we had to turn it off cause it was flooding in our room already and we had to put the trash bin & pitcher for the water coming from the AC. The sofa isn't clean and the exhaust fan in the bathroom isn't working.
